You never have too many bags. That is what I kept repeating to myself while sewing this one.
When I saw the tester call, I fell in love with it and couldn't help joining in.
Let me introduce to you the first pdf pattern by Sewed Sins, the #LalaBag.
Nunca se tienen demasiados bolsos... eso es lo me iba repitiendo mientras cosía este.
Cuando vi que buscaban testers me enamoré del patrón y no pude resistirme.
Así que aquí estoy hoy para presentaros el primer patrón de Sewed Sins, la #LalaBag.
It is a roomy bag with all sorts of details and pockets, both inside and out, but the greatest thing is that it is convertible and can be worn in three different ways. Here you can see it as a backpack. And further down you will see it in other two ways.
Es un bolso muy espacioso con todo lujo de detalles y bolsillos, tanto dentro como fuera, pero lo más interesante es que es convertible y se puede llevar de tres maneras diferentes. A continuación, como mochila. Más abajo la veréis de las otras maneras.
To make this bag I recycled my most favourite pair of old jeans ever, those that I was reserving to make something especial. I used the pockets to add a little something to the front and the back.
Para hacer la bolsa reciclé mis vaqueros favoritos de entre todos los viejos que tenía para reciclar. Los guardaba para algo especial, y por fin les llegó el día. He aprovechado también los bolsillos y los he añadido delante y detrás.
The pattern is quite ellaborate, but the instructions in German are very clear and well illustrated. It is time consuming but totally worth the effort.
El patrón es bastante elaborado y lleva su tiempo coserlo, pero vale totalmente la pena. Las instrucciones son en alemán, pero están bien ilustradas.
I did cheat a little bit. The pattern includes pattern pieces and instructions to make your own handles, but I used super soft cotton webbing instead.
El patrón incluye las piezas e instrucciones para hacer tus propias asas, pero yo hice trampa y utilicé cinta de mochila de algodón super suave.
Both the webbing and this cool rainbow continuous zipper are from The Sewing Cat.
